Renovation with loft and wrap-around rear and side extension which created a spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home from a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Victorian Terrace. Moving the kitchen into the centre of the home created a unique feel as well as utilising the often underused central space in a victorian terraced house. The high ceilings meant the loft floor could be lowered, creating a luxurious feel to the extension.
