Broomwood

DESCRIPTION

This remodel involved redirecting the original flow of the ground floor. Doing this created a more secluded living room; used superfluous corridor space to relocate the downstairs toilet; and provided an opportunity to add storage space in the entrance.

We opened up the kitchen/dining area by removing the existing, excessive boxing and exposing the steel. The kitchen was redesigned to produce a more usable space with hidden storage and new Crittall style bifold doors were chosen to enhance the view of the remodelled garden. We also created a deeper cellar converting it from a cramped storage space into a second living/entertainment room accessed through a concealed door within the kitchen units.
