DESCRIPTION

A relatively standard ex-local authority, top floor flat bought by our client who wanted something more open plan, ideally with a New York loft style. He was willing to sacrifice the smaller of the two bedrooms to create a large live/work space. With some minor exploratory works, we were able to establish that some of the walls were non-loadbearing and therefore removable, allowing us to reconfigure the space.
