DESCRIPTION

Living room redesign. By installing a ceiling raft we visually resized the living area which had previously been squeezed into the corner. Removing some of the dated features and levelling a wall also made the room feel larger. Simplifying the bathroom made it more spacious and contemporary. Adding gold features gives a feeling of luxury throughout the ground floor.

The urban family garden was totally under utilised by the clients. By digging back the uninviting wall and steep steps we created a lighter and far more welcoming entrance. Demolishing the existing shed and rebuilding new two new storage spaces as well as a raised seating area at the rear created new focal points making it appear more spacious.
